Favorite Spot in Rhode Island:

My favorite spot in RI is the Norman Bird Sanctuary. My two daughters and I have spent countless days there at the pond, in the fairy house forest, and looking out to Second Beach. Every season there has something special to offer!

When I Am Not Selling Real Estate:

I am in the kitchen or on the mountain. I love to cook and try out new recipes whether it is for my family or friends. On the mountain, I am trying to get better at skiing. I started learning about 7 years ago, and have fallen in love with my time on the slopes and enjoy learning new things!

My Favorite Book:

I love The Alienist by Caleb Carr. I have read it five plus times. It is a dark historical fiction, and gets better with every read.

Kate has lived on Aquidneck Island since 2000. She went to URI for her bachelors in Chemical Engineering, and Providence College for her masters in Math. She worked in the restaurant industry in Newport for years, and learned a great deal about customer service at that time. She has managed several residential and commercial rentals on Aquidneck Island for 15 years, her tenants are always happy! Most recently, she was the AP/AR manager at Newport Lobster Company. Kate lives with her two beautiful daughters, wonderful husband, two dogs, 3 praying mantis’ and one rabbit!
